Dawn has more than 17 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate market including Residential Sales & Marketing, Investment Sales, New Development Sales & Marketing, and Single & Multi-Family Residential Development. She specializes in analyzing and providing data and market trends to her clients, which gives them the edge needed to be successful. This Michigan native has called Boston home for the past 20 years, and we’re happy to welcome her to the great state of Idaho.

BRIAN HURLEY

Real Estate Sales Advisor, The Village at Tamarack Residences

Though Brian has held his real estate license since 2004, real estate did not become his primary focus until 2011 when he became a licensed partner of an international real estate firm servicing the Greater Boston area. As a partner for five years, Brian was able to perfect his client management skills and successfully represent buyers and sellers guiding them through every step of their transaction. Brian’s focus is now on helping to usher in the country’s next great ski-in/ski-out Village at Tamarack.

Happy to be back in Idaho, she's raising her two kids in her hometown and bringing over 40 years of local knowledge to the Tamarack Realty Team.

Born and raised in Idaho, Adam is extremely passionate about his family (wife of 18 years plus 3 awesome children) and his role as an agent. He has over 16 years of real estate experience and, prior to joining the Tamarack Realty team, he specialized in new home sales, working with 3 of the top new home builders in the country and consistently recognized as a Top Producer.
